1. Returns Eligibility
✅ Acceptable Reasons for Returns:
- Faulty or defective products (e.g., boiler malfunctions, radiator leaks).
- Incorrect item delivered (wrong model/specification).
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging (within 14 days of delivery).
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or bespoke heating systems.
- Products installed or used (unless defective).
- Items damaged due to improper handling or installation.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Approval & Instructions:
- We’ll assess your request and email a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

- Use a tracked courier—customer covers return shipping unless the fault is ours.
3. Refunds & Replacements
🔹 Refunds:
- Processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Issued to the original payment method (bank/PayPal processing times may apply).

- Free replacement for defective/wrong items (subject to stock availability).
🔹 Partial Refunds:

4. Cancellations
