At HeatAssured, we strive to deliver high-quality heating solutions with complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, here’s our straightforward return and refund process.

1. Returns Eligibility

✅ Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

  • Faulty or defective products (e.g., boiler malfunctions, radiator leaks).
  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong model/specification).
  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging (within 14 days of delivery).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or bespoke heating systems.
  • Products installed or used (unless defective).
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us within 14 days of delivery:

    • Provide: Order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions:
    • We’ll assess your request and email a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
    • For faulty items, we may arrange a technician inspection.
  3. Ship the Product:
    • Return to: [Your Warehouse Address] (provided upon approval).
    • Use a tracked courier—customer covers return shipping unless the fault is ours.

3. Refunds & Replacements

🔹 Refunds:

  • Processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Issued to the original payment method (bank/PayPal processing times may apply).

🔹 Replacements:

  • Free replacement for defective/wrong items (subject to stock availability).

🔹 Partial Refunds:

  • If returned items show signs of use/damage, a deduction may apply.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancel within 24 hours of ordering if your item hasn’t been dispatched.
  • Post-dispatch cancellations follow the standard return process.

5. Faulty Products & Warranty Claims

  • Warranty Coverage: Most products include a 1–10 year manufacturer’s warranty (varies by item).
  • Report Defects: Email warranty@heatassured.com with:
    • Proof of purchase.
    • Photos/videos of the issue.
    • Installation details (if applicable).
  • We’ll arrange repairs, replacements, or refunds per warranty terms.

6. Exceptions

  • Boiler Installations: Once installed, returns are only accepted if the product is defective (warranty applies).
  • Special Order Items: Non-refundable unless faulty.
