1. Introduction

HeatAssured Limited (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) is registered in England & Wales (Company No. [XXXX]). These Terms & Conditions govern all contracts between the Company and the customer (“you”) for the supply of products/services (e.g., boiler installations, repairs, or maintenance).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. No variations are binding unless confirmed in writing by the Company.

2. Orders & Contracts

  • All contracts are based on the specifications provided on our website or in written quotes.
  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders until an engineer verifies site suitability.

3. Delivery & Installation

3.1 Site Requirements

  • You must provide:
    • Safe, unobstructed access to the property.
    • Parking within 25 meters (permits/costs are your responsibility).
    • Photos of the installation site via our portal (if requested) by 3pm the day before installation.
    • Welfare facilities (toilet, drinking water) for engineers under CDM Regulations 2015.

3.2 Delays & Changes

  • We may delay installation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, strikes).
  • If site conditions require extra work (e.g., scaffolding, asbestos removal), we’ll provide a revised quote. You may cancel for a full refund if unwilling to proceed.

3.3 Installation Process

  • Engineers will follow industry standards but cannot guarantee:
    • Exact color/texture matches for materials.
    • Compatibility with existing systems (e.g., showers, radiators).
    • Minimal disruption to decorations/flooring (redecoration is your responsibility).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Right to Cancel: You may cancel within 14 days of order (email to [customer service email]). If installation occurs within 14 days at your request, cancellation rights are waived.
  • Refunds: Full refunds apply if cancelled before delivery/installation. For collected goods, only our agents may transport equipment.

5. Warranties

  • Boilers: Manufacturer-backed warranties apply if serviced annually by a Gas Safe engineer (service costs excluded).
  • Workmanship: 1-year warranty on installations.
  • Void Warranty: If payments are missed, servicing is neglected, or damage is caused by misuse.

6. Finance & Payments

  • Full payment is required before installation (unless using finance).
  • If using third-party finance (e.g., [Provider Name]), their terms apply separately.
  • Unpaid balances may result in lien/removal of goods.

7. Liability

  • We’re not liable for:
    • Pre-existing system failures (e.g., pipework, radiators).
    • Structural defects at your property.
    • Business losses (e.g., profit interruption).
